WHAT IS NOVINOW?
Of course, the credit crunch and economic crisis bring problems and trouble,but there are plenty of positive things happening around us, too.
Novinow is about Change. Novinow invites you to exchange your thoughts. It is a platform where current topics, most of them dealing with positive Changes, are communicated. More questions than answers are offered and you are invited to participate by discussing, commenting and contributing.
The aim is to bring people together for an interdisciplinary discussion of Change. Recent events illustrated effectively that no one lives in a bubble, neither geographically nor occupationally.
And Novinow will not only promote, but also organize events, where people can meet in person, discuss, and take action themselves.
Novinow promotes Change towards a more human-centered society where personal liberties and individualism prosper. Where surveillance, be it through the state or employers, is limited. Where diversity grows and individually looking and managed businesses defeat the dominance of global brands which make so many places look and feel the same. Where responsible consumerism prospers and people consider quality, ethical production environments and ecological sustainability over sheer quantity. Where people understand themselves as being member of one mankind rather than of a specific group.
Novinow also focuses on the role of design in our lives and its correlation to current Changes.
Novinow is open to everyone. So, whoever you are and whatever your background, Novinow welcomes you to exchange your thoughts on the blog.
